We start our call with a mindful practice, specifically designed to support the holistic topic we are exploring that week. We explore different concepts and practices that open our minds and can support us to create the balanced lifestyle we desire. These are the concepts that I have found LIFE CHANGING! We journal on the soul inquiry prompts to connect with ourselves, what you TRULY desire, identifying any beliefs or obstacles holding you back and explore the next steps you could take. There’s no one way to do things. You choose YOUR way. You let your soul guide you.
You are creating shifts in your mind and in your life that feel NOURISHING to you. We’re creating lasting transformation.
There is time to ask questions and connect with each-other. This is the MAGIC of group coaching. Sometimes someone asks about something you hadn’t thought about and it opens up another topic or idea. Sometimes someone is wondering the same thing as you and it’s comforting to know other people feel the same. There are no wrong questions. It’s a safe space.
There’s optional tasks between calls to integrate and embody the learnings from each topic. As we’re all about balance, most weeks there will be TWO optional challenges, a practical challenge (masculine energy) OR an energetic challenge (feminine energy). You choose which one would benefit you the most. I recommend choosing the challenge that uses your least dominant energy for more BALANCE.

A 10 week holistic journey that could change your life 💫
My life changed for the better in 2020 when I started putting myself first, joined a coaching container and started carving time out for ME. I got to know myself deeper and what I truly wanted. I went from burnout to balance and it’s something that I’ve prioritised ever since.
My desire is to support you to create balance, health and happiness in your life. And to make it FUN 💃🏽
