When I was 14 myself and some friends were involved in a serious car accident where I broke my pelvis in 4 places and had two ligament reconstructions in my knee - plus one extra operation because I literally had a screw loose! Even though I was only 14, this experience taught me that life can be short and to live every day to the fullest.

Fast forward 11 years, in early 2020 as a result of feeling I needed to do everything to live my life to the fullest, I found myself overworked and underpaid, I had a monkey mind with constant thoughts and to do lists. I was always busying myself with tasks and socialising so I never thought about what I actually wanted. I didn’t know how to slow down and I always felt like I was wasting time when I was doing nothing. When covid hit I really struggled without all of the usual things I had to ‘do’ and I joined an 8 week coaching programme where I slowed down, became intentional and realised what I wanted! Since then I have been on a journey of self discovery, awakening, finding BALANCE, purpose and learning to trust that the universe has got my back!

In May 2023 I completed my Health Coaching training through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition which was AMAZING. But I’ve realised my training started YEARS before this with my own self-work, SO many self help books and realising my education, hobbies and interests throughout my whole life led me to be here.
