10 Powerful Reminders to Shift your Mindset & Daily Habits to improve your Health!

The small things we do each day contribute MASSIVELY to our health and our happiness. Each 1% shift or 1 step in the right direction is AMAZING. You don't have to overwhelm yourself with doing everything. Focusing on 1-2 things and being consistent will FEEL doable and its so much easier to be consistent.


This weekend I went to my first 4-day Wellness Festival (NZ Spirit Fest) and it was AMAZING. Here are 10 powerful reminders I received while I was there that can benefit us all!


1) Time is our most precious resource, use it wisely!! Be present, do what you love, don’t waste it on things that don’t matter to you 


2) The majority of us overeat every day and it is killing us. Cut the sugar, the processed food and be intentional with what you are consuming 


3) Coffee raises blood pressure, raises cortisol and affects our nervous system. I needed this push to cut it out completely! 


4) Our hearts know before our minds. We need to practice listening to them 💗 ask yourself what your heart is saying and don’t overthink it


5) When you push yourself out of your comfort zone, your comfort zone expands. Push the edges of your zone! 


6) Your energy shines and attracts. When you meet people in real life they don’t care about how many followers you have or how much money you earn. They care about how you make them feel! 


7) Your intentions and beliefs are so powerful. If you don’t believe you can experience XYZ, then you probably won’t. Set your intention and be open to the possibility that you CAN 🔥


8) Cancers have been linked to lack of sleep. Sleep is SO IMPORTANT! Prioritise it 🛌


9) Your intuition is guiding you in every moment, even for small things like ‘there’s something on at a different stage that’s even better for you’. We stumbled upon the workshops that I believe we were meant to be at! Let it guide you 🧚🏼‍♀️


10) Do the things that set your soul on fire and don’t let anyone stop you 💃🏽
