It's the first of the month, an amazing time to reflect and celebrate yourself for EVERYTHING!! It’s such a simple but powerful practice to improve your confidence, self-love, self-esteem, feel proud, fulfilled, creates a positive mindset & motivates us (just to name a few!)
Too often we only celebrate the big stuff, but the little shifts create huge change over time. Each step you take compounds!! Celebrate yourself for progress, its not about perfection!
Here are some of my favourite prompts to journal on each month:

✨How have you shown yourself love & compassion?
✨What have you learned?
✨Where and how have you thought or acted differently from before?
✨Where have you been consistent? Progressed?
✨What seeds have you planted?
✨How have you taken small steps to support your health?
✨What have you let go of (with love)?
✨What have you received? Love, kindness, affection, money, gifts etc.
Your reflections don’t need to look like anyone else’s. Every month has so many moments to celebrate, we just need to learn to see them.
